We cannot accept returns on any of our products. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, scent is subjective, as everyone's nose is different, and we cannot refund or exchange. If you are unsure of whether you will like a particular scent or not, we offer many smaller sized candles and tarts that you can use as a "sample."
Please make sure your order is correct before you finalize payment. Changes or add-ons cannot be made once an order is placed. We do NOT combine shipping for multiple orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once pouring has begun on custom items.
To Place An Order:
Please use the convenient and secure shopping cart to place your order. To add an item to your order, click on the Add to Cart button. When you are finished shopping click on the "View Cart" button on the side of the page and proceed with the check out process. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. All credit card information is collected using a secure, and encrypted page.
USPS Priority packages now include insurance for the contents, up to $50. If your order is over $50 and you wish insurance to cover the contents over that amount, you must email me to be invoiced for the extra coverage, prior to order shipment. If there is damage to your shipment, you will need to contact your local Post Office to file a claim. It is now the responsibility of the recipient to file claims with the Post Office.
Who doesn't love to get little freebies with their orders? Samples are sent with each order, as a thank you from me. The quantity of samples is proportionate to order size. I do not send out free samples for reviews by bloggers or YouTubers. All reviews on independent sites have been done by paying customers.
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International customers are responsible for exact shipping costs. You MUST email us prior to placing your order if you are outside of the US. If you are an international customer and place the order without prior approval, it may be cancelled, without notice. We are not responsible for any customs/duty fees you may be assessed.
If any item is out of stock or will be delayed, we will notify you via email right away.
